RACHEL WALL (4) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 7 lengths away in tenth over 5¾f at this track on November 29. Unbeaten in two starts when fresh. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expecting a bold showing. CHROME TOURMALINE (1) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 5¾f at this track, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. POBLANO (5) has been in good form, scoring three back at Vaal then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing third over 5f at this track. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. CALANTHA (8) improved sharply last time out to score by half a length over 6f at Vaal five-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
