RADICCHIO (6) drew wide and was pretty plain last time out when 2.5 lengths from the winner in fifth at this course and distance. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will play a major role. TEXAS RED (1) led to the turn over 7f in the G2 Drill Hall Stakes at Greyville last time out but faded to finish 11th. Has a solid record here at the distance with two wins and four placings from eight tries. Has claims on his best efforts. GIMMEANOTHERCHANCE (3) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 5¾f at this track. This looks a good race for him so another forward showing looks likely.
