TSARINA DIAMONDS (9) finished ninth on debut then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Warrnambool, beaten a nose after being prominent at the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SAVAMOON (3) faced the starter for the first time and finished eighth last start at Ballarat over 7f, beaten 5.5 lengths. Fitter and the blinkers going on adds to the appeal. VIRE RIVER (10) settled well back then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Bairnsdale when fresh from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Right in this. GREAT NOTES (6) finished 6 lengths from the winner in sixth at her most recent appearance over 7f75yards at Kyneton. No surprise if she figured in the finish.
