GOODNIGHT ROMEO (9) finished 14th two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by a head over 7f at this track. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. SPIRIT OF GIVING (4) turned things around last start and scored by a nose over 5f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. BURRANEER BUOY (3) was comfortably accounted for when 13th last time out over 7f at Cairns, beaten 7 lengths, after a win at Cairns at the previous outing. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
