BEAU RAIN (1) finished ninth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7f at this track, beaten only 1.2 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. ROTH 'N' BUBBLE (9) wound up nicely last time over 5½f at Rockhampton to finish seventh. Expected to relish the extra ground and is among the winning hopes. YELLOWSTONE BETH (2) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Not as effective last time out when seventh over 7f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. Well placed and can figure in the finish again.
