STAROSHKA (7) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Gold Coast with a win over 5¼f at this track four weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Looks well placed so expect another big run. AL PAL'S GAL (8) ran a strong race when resuming at Ipswich then went to town last time and could only manage eighth over 5f at Eagle Farm. Rates highly and is right in the mix. SMILING ZAC (5) led to the turn over 6f at this track last time out but faded to finish sixth. Finds a suitable race and expected to feature. ENFLAMED (10) returns from a lay-off of nine months and did win when resuming last time in work over 4f76yards at this track. Solid top-three hope.
