FOOLSAY (2) improved last time out, finishing 1.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5½f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. PROPOSE (12) missed the placings on debut two runs back then was always well out of her ground last start when 3.5 lengths away in sixth over 6f at Rockhampton. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. BOOMTOWN BOSS (1) debuted three weeks ago when he finished fifth over 6f at Eagle Farm, beaten 3.5 lengths. Expected to be right there at the business end. KALUAKOI (4) is a two-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 1.2 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Grafton. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration.
