Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Best form puts him right in this. STAR OF ABRAHAM (4) is yet to break through after three career starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at Delaware Park (Dirt) two starts back when resuming before finishing seventh over 5½f at Delaware Park (Dirt) last time. Cannot be left out of calculations. NORTHERN CARDINAL (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Colonial Downs, beaten 7 lengths. Strips fitter and can take this out. WARRIOR'S NOTION (6) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Presque Isle Downs (Synthetic) over 6f. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
