MACHICO MADEIRA (3) lifted strongly to score last time with half a length to spare over 5½f at this track (Dirt), making it two in a row. Has a high cruising speed. Capable of testing this field. KICKSTART (4) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 11 lengths at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) over 6f. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Well placed to make amends.
