Likely improver with strong prospects. D' KITTEN (2) was in the firing line all the way and fought on for third last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt), making it three minor placings in a row. Drawn for a nice run just off the speed. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SLEW CROWN (4) turned in another moderate effort last start when 19 lengths from the winner in fifth over 6f at Tampa Bay Downs. Well placed to turn things around.
