UNIDENTIFIED MAN (8) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a third most recently over 5½f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) when beaten 10 lengths. Winning rider Angel I Diaz stays aboard. Among the leading chances. ZELIG (2) progressed nicely last time out when he made late ground to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at Mahoning Valley. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. CHACO SPIRIT (5) resumes from a lay-off of 11 weeks. Has filled a minor placing at each of his three when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a second over 5½f at Mahoning Valley. One of the better prospects. LUCKY ANDY (1) was well fancied on the back of some good form at the last run last prep but ran well below expectations, finishing sixth over 1m at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) on October 31. Has a solid record at this circuit. Worth considering.
