GRIFTER (2) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 12 lengths when ninth in a 1m contest at this track three weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. HELLO HOT ROD (4) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on March 16, finishing eighth and beaten 7 lengths over 6f at Sunland Park (Dirt). Has ability and should be right in the finish. VINNIEBOB (3) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track (Dirt) over 7f after being in the firing line all the way. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is likely to play a big role. HOLLAND (5) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at this track, beaten 5. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to find winning ways.
