Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will prove tough to beat. SPECIAL D (5) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by half a length over 1f180yards at this track (Dirt). In a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. COWBOY BAR CARTEL (10) was narrowly beaten last start when second in a small field over 1f180yards in stakes class at White Pine Racing (Dirt) at the first run of the campaign. Will be fitter for that run, in the mix again. CARTEL SUPERSTAR (2) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1f180yards at Sunland Park. Among the better hopes.
