SENOR ROJO (7) was safely held when fourth last start over 5f at Remington Park, beaten 5.5 lengths. That followed a good when resuming win at Lone Star Park. Tackling a more suitable race so he can recapture winning form. PEVS DISTANT DRUM (3) is back after a break of five months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5½f at this track. Sure to make his presence felt. APURO (5) went to the paddock after scoring at his only appearance last prep three months ago over 5½f at Fair Meadows (Dirt). Should park just off the speed. Should be involved in the finish. GONE GREY (4) finished fifth over 6f at Turf Paradise (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on April 17. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
