Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. KJ LOCO MOTION (5) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at this track (Dirt) over 2f last time, finishing fifth and beaten 2.75 lengths. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. SIGN FIRE (9) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 2f at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. WE LIGHTNING MCQUEEN (10) turned in another moderate effort last start when 5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 2f at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
