ERNIEGY (2) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten 1. 1 lengths, over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Leading player again. ZORKO (3) was well in commission on his debut over 5½f at Mudgee back on September 7 and finished sixth, beaten 5. 5 lengths. One of the main chances with the blinkers coming off. WHATSTHETIMEMRWOLF (13) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7f21yards at Grafton after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
