EMERALD HILLS (8) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 6f122yards at this track in a tougher race. Has plenty of upside so she should pay to follow. PEAR BELLINI (10) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish 3. 5 lengths back in third over 7½f at Port Macquarie. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. KING COUNTRY (4) is yet to break through in three runs. Finished 11th at his last appearance over 6¾f at Ipswich on February 12 after he was well back on straightening. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for him. ETOILES (3) finished 8 lengths from the winner in eighth at his most recent appearance over 1m at this track. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around.
