Will be forward for this after a recent trial win at Tamworth. Key runner while fresh. WHISPERING RUPERT (14) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Gosford, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. CORNERBACK (4) is a son of Tassort out of Bellanca who was purchased for AUD $ 115,000 (Inglis 2024 Classic Yearling Sale). Has trialled two times leading into this. Can measure up. TAITY (1) is facing the starter for the first time. By Yes Yes Yes and comes from the Kris Lees stable.
