WHO EVER THOUGHT (7) settled well back then found the line nicely to finish fourth, beaten 1.2 lengths, over this journey at Quirindi last time out. Will be tough to hold out. ROCK 'N' REIGN (1) drifted back then closed strongly to score on debut over 5f at this track two weeks ago. Sure to improve and can make it back-to-back wins. TAKEMINE (12) got off the mark over 6f at Inverell last start, scoring by 0.7 lengths. Cobi Vitler was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders. NYALI SANDS (8) has not raced since she finished fourth over 6½f at Taree on October 6. Is lightly raced and looks forward enough after a solid recent trial. Major player.
