MACHTIG HAVANAGILA (4) was below his best last time when 11th over 6f at Doomben, beaten 9 lengths. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is set to turn things around. MAGIC INVADER (2) last appeared three-and-a-half months ago. Has been in the placings six times from 10 starts. Looks set tto run well on the back of a recent trial win. Talented type and should go well. SNITZSTREAM (9) has been in the placings three times from seven outings. Last start finished sixth when fresh from a lay-off over 5f at Eagle Farm. Has a sound record here with two top-three finishes from three starts. Sure to be about the mark. FAWUNDERPAR (3) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Gold Coast, beaten 2 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects.
