Race Tip

VINDICTA (4) was in a different class last time with a dominant all-the-way win by 2. 75 lengths at this track over 5f. Yet to miss the placings at this circuit, including three wins. Should be in the finish. THELWELL (1) started at 9/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 1. 2 lengths at Gold Coast over 5f. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including four wins. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MEAN APPROACH (5) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Scored over 6f at Toowoomba at the start of last prep. Can make his presence felt. DEFIANT SPIRIT (7) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 4. 5 lengths away in ninth over 6f at Doomben. Well placed to bounce back.
