FUNKY ME (12) is a talented mare who tackled a tougher race at her last run on November 27 2021 and finished 11th behind Lady Of Honour over 7f in the LR Twilight Glow Stakes at Caulfield. Very well placed in this company and looks hard to beat. ITALIAN DANCER (4) finds it hard to win with just one success from 12 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when eighth over 5f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. IN NO DOUBT (3) strode forward early from his wide draw over 6f at Gold Coast last time, leading for much of the way before being claimed in the straight to finish third, beaten 2.75 lengths. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
