LA COMETA (11) tackled a stakes race last time when 6 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1m in the LR Princess Stakes at Eagle Farm. Will find this easier than last start. Best form puts her right in this. KAREEM (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Gold Coast Poly with success over 1m2f at Gold Coast Poly three weeks ago, getting home by 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to make it two on the bounce. MISTING (12) wasn't far away when resuming last start, finishing second over 7f at this track after she gave away a big start. Won at her only try over this journey. One of the main contenders. SURREAL I AM (5) ran well below his best last time over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly, beaten 6 lengths into fifth at 13/8. Can bounce back.
