PIVOTAL LAD (4) turned in a fine effort to win by half a length at this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the when resuming performance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. NEW HAMPSHIRE (8) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Gold Coast Poly two starts back then scored by one length last time out over 5½f at Sunshine Coast Poly. Likely to be in the finish again. LION CLASS (7) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a second over 6f at Ipswich when beaten 2 lengths. Should figure in the finish again.
