BRAVE MASO (9) was prominent from the outset when fourth over 7½f at Eagle Farm last time out. Yet to break through here at this distance but has never missed the placings in four starts. Won't find this assignment as tough. Sure to go well. IOANE (10) scored narrowly over 7f at Sunshine Coast Poly last time out with this jockey Cody Collis in the irons. Significant weight drop this time so he is worth following up. SELOUS (4) fought on for third last start over 6f at Eagle Farm, making it two minor placings in a row. This doesn't look as hard so he is ready to find the winners' list. KOOLATAH (14) faded last time to finish seventh over 1m2f at Sunshine Coast Poly after showing good early speed. Deserves another chance.
