READY TO PARDON (4) scored by a nose in a at Ipswich then missed the frame latest when fourth at Doomben. Down in the weights on last run. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from three starts. Should be in the finish. TAUPO TIGER (2) turned in a nice run last time to finish second over 1m1f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. KALENDS (3) accounted for a maiden field over 1m1/4f at Doomben last start, finishing 1.2 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Re-unites with James Orman who was on board last start. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders.
