RUSTIC BOOM (9) missed the placings last time out over 6f at this track. Prior to that had won two races on end. Rates highly and can atone. ISLAND MAGIC (4) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 8 lengths away in 12th over 5f at Eagle Farm. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including three wins. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. IT'S GERRY (8) was well fancied last start over 5½f at Ipswich when fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths. Blinkers added so worth plenty of thought. CHIKARA (7) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5f at this track. Sure to make his presence felt.
