OL' MCCLINTOCK (3) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a third most recently over 6½f at this track (Dirt) when beaten 3.5 lengths. Well placed and sure to go well again. DAVE'S ENCHANTMENT (7) resumes from a lay-off of 11 months and is having his outing under new trainer Alberto Amparan. Finished fourth at this track (Dirt) over 5½f at the opening run last time in work. One of the genuine hopes in the race. OUR VALENTINO (9) raced on the pace over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to win by 1.3 lengths. Sure to be competitive. STACKERS (5) produced a reasonable effort when second last start over 6½f at this track. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Should be thereabouts.
