Looks a great chance to break through. JR'S CONFIDENCE (7) finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5½f at this track two weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Settles back early but winds up late. Best form puts him right in this. DESERT PUNK (3) was well in commission last start over 6½f at this track (Dirt) when third, beaten 4 lengths. Rates highly on best figures and has the blinkers removed. Should be in the finish. SEA OF INDY (2) finished third last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt) to make it six minor placings from 22 runs. Has a solid record at this track, finishing in the top-three five times. Must be respected.
