RIPPA BUDDY (10) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 1m1 1/4f at Avoca, beaten 5 lengths. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. PIANTA (15) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 0. 7 lengths away in second over 1m at Penola. Solid run last time and will take catching again. OLYMPIAD (5) hasn't raced since a win at Kyneton over 1m1 1/4f five weeks ago. Kept up to the mark with a placing in a recent trial at Flemington. Well placed and is expected to feature. SO ENCHANTING (11) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when eighth over 1m at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 8 lengths. In contention this time.
