BAROSSA VALLEY (3) stepped out for his debut over 6f at Donald back on May 3 and finished tenth, beaten 11 lengths. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. PRAVAHA (11) is a maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing 6 lengths back in sixth over 7f67yards at Kilmore five-and-a-half months ago. Fitter for a recent trial win. Likely to be in the finish. WAVELETS (8) went forward last time and looked a chance on the corner but weakened to finish eighth over 7f at Ballarat. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. WILD RUBY (9) is yet to break through after nine starts. Placed in a then last time out was fourth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6f at Ararat. This looks a nice race for her.
