NORDIC (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Bendigo, beaten 1.4 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the bend. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. SEVILLANA (6) missed the frame last time when fifth at Caulfield. Prior to that had been in the money on two consecutive occasions. Will find this much easier. Sure to go well. MARK OF THE MAN (3) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when sixth over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside after he got a long way back. Should be peaking now and is expected to run well. LORNA (9) broke her maiden last start over 7f at Geelong when resuming, scoring by a nose. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. This is tougher but she is capable of another big run.
