BELCONY (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she was always well out of her ground over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. THE BANTAM (14) started at 9/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths at Bendigo over 6½f. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. VIANARRA (6) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 4.5 lengths away in seventh over 6f at this track. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. BARDIA'S DREAM (11) was safely held when fourth last start over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 3 lengths after a good when resuming win at Pakenham Synthetic. One of the main hopes.
