THINK I'M IRISH (13) will find this a little easier than her third on debut four weeks ago, beaten 1.4 lengths at the end of 6f at this track. Breaks from a wide draw but she shouldn't be a maiden for long. FLUX (1) has three minor placings from four starts this time in work, the latest as favourite over 5¾f at Nhill. He has solid claims. SOUTH POLE (4) has filled a minor placing on three occasions in eight starts. Failed to add to the tally last time out when eighth over 1m at Wangaratta. Has a solid record at this journey, finishing in the money on three occasions. Measures up nicely on best figures and has the blinkers removed. Worth keeping safe. HRVATSKA (14) is a two-start maiden who finished seventh, beaten 4.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Mornington. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration.
