DALE (1) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by a head over 7½f at Muswellbrook last time out. In form and will take beating again. RELEASE POINT (9) resumed over 7f at Tamworth last start and was too good for his rivals, scoring by 0.6 lengths. Fitter for that last hitout and he is a major player again. BUSH TELEGRAPH (4) has been freshened since finishing ninth over 1m2f at Mudgee. Fitness level should be good following a subsequent Scone trial. Rates highly and sure to be competitive. OAKFIELD MAMSELLE (2) turned in a better run last start, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth over 1m at Newcastle. Lee Magorrian gets the best out of this six-year-old mare. Better than recent efforts suggest.
