Has recorded three minor placings from four tries at this distance. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Expecting a bold showing. VINTAGE VINO (9) resumes from a lay-off of nine months. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1m3f at Aqueduct (Turf). Rates highly and is a strong chance to break through. DIRAND (8) wasn't far away on debut last start over 1m1/2f at Monmouth Park (Turf), finishing third and beaten 2.75 lengths. Must be included among the main hopes. ORGONITE (4) finished 6 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1m1/2f at this track, an improvement on his sixth on debut at Aqueduct the run before. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish.
