RIMPROTECTOR (5) missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 6 lengths away in tenth over 1m1f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. NEW KING (1) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1m at this track, beaten 7 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to take this out. AWESOME ROAD (3) scored last start at Turf Paradise (Dirt) to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Going well and is not to be discounted.
