Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 5½f at this track, beaten 10 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to make amends. SUPERMAZEL (10) made progress last time out, finishing 10 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m1/4f at Pleasanton. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. CHIEF JACKSON (7) comes here off a break of six months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1m at Golden Gate Fields. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
