REGAL MIGHT (2) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 2 lengths away in second over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MISS LOLA (10) raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 4 lengths, over 5½f at Caulfield. Yet to miss the frame from four starts at the trip, including a win and is sure to run well. VALEDICTORIAN (8) returns from a layoff of six months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6½f at Kembla Grange. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. STAR TRIP (5) was well in the market when resuming last start but failed to threaten when a disappointing 12th at Bendigo over 5f. Has ability and shapes as a top-three chance.
