MINI ANGEL (9) returns from a break of nine weeks. Was going well at the back end of last prep with placings at her last five starts, the latest at this course and distance. Should settle handy in the run. Will give a great sight. JAMESJOHNO (2) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Cranbourne over 7f after being in contention all the way. Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. ROCK THEM JOOLS (5) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 1.5 lengths when fifth over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. LEAVING LAS VEGAS (4) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f32yards at Geelong, beaten 1.75 lengths. Should take a lot from that hit-out. Suitably placed so anticipating another strong effort.
