LUNA CAT (2) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 3.5 lengths when seventh over 6f at Swan Hill a month ago. Daniel Stackhouse gets the best out of this six-year-old mare. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. HERBERT PARK (9) followed an unplaced effort when resuming two runs back with a third last start over 5½f at Caulfield. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is all set to build on that latest effort. THE SHAPER (11) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race when he did his best work late and finished 3 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. DANAUSTAR (4) is a six-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Mitchell Freedman stable. Hasn't raced since finishing eighth at Canterbury ten weeks ago. Will strip fitter for a trial win and looks nicely placed. One of the main chances.
