KATE'S TIARA (11) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 5½f at Caulfield. Should be tough to rein in. SLEDDING (13) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when sixth over 5½f at Caulfield, beaten 6 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can recapture winning form. NEW YORK DIVA (8) scored last start at Sale to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Facing a tougher assignment but can figure in the finish.
