GENERAL FIREPOWER (1) finished second two runs back at Pakenham then improved last time out to score by 4.5 lengths over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside. Won't find this as tough so he is likely to play a big role. NOBLE CONQUEROR (7) raced close to the lead before clearing out to score an effortless 2.25 lengths win over 7f at this track last time. Going well and should give a bold sight again. GRONKOWSKI (6) continues to race well with a win in a at Warrnambool before finishing 1.3 lengths away in second last time over 6½f at Sandown-Lakeside. Should park just off the speed. Sure to be competitive. JENNIFERWISH (14) was well supported when resuming last time out over 6f at Moe and proved too strong, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Fitter for that last hitout and she can measure up again.
