WORLD ALLIANCE (8) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 5½f at Canterbury last time out. Has a solid record at this journey with two wins from five starts. Expected to be there at the business end. FULLY LIT (9) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fifth, beaten 2 lengths, over 6f at Randwick after he was prominent at the corner. Cherry-ripe now and is expected to do much better. DOLLAR MAGIC (14) returns from a short break after a minor placing over 5½f at Canterbury three-and-a-half weeks ago. Fitness levels maintained by a recent Scone trial placing. Makes plenty of appeal on best form.
