MARE OF MT BULLER (12) Group 2 placegetter. Wound up strongly last time out to finish 0.6 lengths adrift in third over 7½f at this track when resuming after a lay-off. Can go on with it. LINCOLN ROCKS (9) built on a nice second two starts back at Moonee Valley with a win as favourite over 1m2 1/4f at Moonee Valley three weeks ago, getting home by half a length. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. FAY'S ANGELS (16) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then got a long way back last start when 5.5 lengths away in tenth over 7½f at this track. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. LAUDING (11) stuck on well last start to finish third over 1m2 1/4f at Moonee Valley after showing good early speed. Must raise the bar but a big run will not surprise.
