Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MISS MERCY (6) finds it hard to win with just one success from 12 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 5f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 2. 75 lengths. Finds a suitable assignment and can find the winner's circle. CANNY BE BETTER (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing third and beaten only 1. 75 lengths over 6f at Thangool. Sure to be thereabouts.
