HARD REYVA (4) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished third, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 6¾f at Ipswich. In the right race and is one of the big hopes. FINE SHOT (9) finished third at Mackay two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 6f at Gold Coast, finishing 5 lengths back in tenth. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. Has the talent to take this out. MASTER JAMIE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.5 lengths when fourth over 7f at Gold Coast five-and-a-half weeks ago after being in the firing line on the bend. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. READY FOR MAGIC (5) finished third last time over 6½f at Mackay, beaten 4.5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners.
