SHEZAPEARLER (8) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on December 16 finishing tenth and beaten 17 lengths over 6½f at Mackay. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. WHITSUNDAY SESSION (7) won on debut over 5½f at this track and Justin P Stanley, who was aboard that day, keeps the ride. Will appreciate the drop in the weights. Should be prominent from the outset. Will give a great sight. PARA PARK CHANCE (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Mackay, finishing fourth and only one length from the winner at the end of 5¼f after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. DIVINE SIENNA (6) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by a long neck over 5½f at Mackay last start. Commendable record at this trip with a win and six minor placings and is among the main hopes.
