BENCOOLEN (5) showed little early dash when resuming last start but found the line strongly to get up for second, beaten 2 lengths, over this course and distance. Will be a major player again. FAY FAYE (2) was well in commission last start over 5¼f at this track when ninth, beaten 14 lengths. Form at this distance is strong with four wins from eight starts and should be hard to stop. LOVE MY LOUIS (8) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by half a length over 5¼f at Mackay. Big chance to repeat the feat. FIGHT IN THE DOG (6) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fifth, beaten 3 lengths, over 5¼f at this track. Blinkers removed. One of the main hopes.
