HAMLIN (1) last appeared seven weeks ago over 1m at Del Mar when he finished fifth. This is his first run for the Robertino Diodoro stable. Best figures put him right in this. PACIFIC (7) is yet to break through in four runs. Finished ninth at his last appearance over 1m4f at Kentucky (Turf) on August 31 after he got a long way back in the run. This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. BERNARDO (4) was in contention on the bend and progressed nicely last start when he made late ground to finish a close second over 7½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HEATS HERO (2) returns after a lay-off of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1m at Sam Houston Park. Sure to make his presence felt.
